EnvironFocus Show and Tell – November 25, 2017 – Vendor Promotions – Kovokado by Diana Gaspar
Diana has been obsessed with all things eco-friendly for over 15 years. After cleaning up her life in terms of switching to organic food and cosmetics, she realized that conventional candles weren’t clean. She searched through and through for eco-friendly candles but even vendors that claimed to make all natural candles put fake fragrances in it. After much disappointment, the light bulb went off, why not make her own candles?
Alas, the journey began with intensive research and so did experimenting with various ingredients and sizes for candles. After many years of testing and mastering, she was happy to finally have candles that were environmentally friendly enough for her. Kovokado was born with the eco-conscious in mind. The eco friendly candles are made with GMO FREE soy wax and with organic and natural essential oils, never fake fragrances. The wick is made with cotton, lead-free, and dipped in vegetable wax, and each candle is hand poured in a classic beautiful temperate Libbey glass container with a lid. Each candle burns over 45 hours! Enjoy the refreshing scent of mint, bright scents such as orange, lemon, lemon-lime or earthy ones like lemongrass, citronella or cedar!
