Reducing our human impact on the environment and meeting new environmental requirements set by governments and stakeholders require that organizations get actively involved in improving their sustainability performance in all aspects of their business. The intent of course:
The course will provide the required fundamental knowledge and skills via a series of engaging learning experiences that participants will have to complete to develop self-efficacy to improve their organization’s sustainability performance. It will lead to self-actualization and increased zeal to transfer and apply knowledge learnt to their organizations.
Course Description:
This course is designed to help participants through the process of integrating sustainability into their organization’s existing offerings and culture. Instructional Methods:
The goal is to determine the learners’s current knowledge and skill and provide new information and experiential learning opportunities.
Instructional Strategies to be used will ensure that a variety of resources is used to address different learning styles or multiple intelligences.
