Speakers:
Speaker 1: Juliet ‘Kego , Co-Founder of the Social Enterprise, Whole WoMan Network.

Juliet ‘Kego is a Social Justice Advocate, an International Speaker-Poet, and Master-Certified Leadership Coach and Trainer. A passionate advocate for financial literacy and economic opportunities for women and girls, she is an active advocate of the cooperative movement and solidarity economy. Juliet ‘Kego is one of the founding members of several social enterprises such as BWPW Co-op and Whole Woman Network— a Leadership, Empowerment and Advocacy social enterprise for African women and youths, operating at the intersection of gender, race and socio-economic strata.
Juliet ‘Kego has several years of fieldwork on how rape culture, in particular, sexual abuse in the grey zones, affects women participation in leadership and governance, in permissive, patriarchal African cultures. Her poem — “Today, I will not bow” — has been translated into several languages and performed by students globally, to raise awareness about issues that affect women and girls. Juliet’s other areas of advocacy include STEAM, WASH, Menstrual Health and Hygiene access for Girls, Quality Adaptive Public School Education for all, Child Rights, and Environmental Sustainability.
As a leadership consultant, she has certifications in multiple modalities— Strategic Intervention, NLP, EQ, Behavioural Re-patterning, Conscious Advocacy, Financial Intelligence and Change Management. Her educational background and professional experiences span multi-disciplinary fields and roles: Engineering, International Relations, Gender Studies, Wealth Management & Financial Advisory. She consults for Government agencies, Corporations, Individuals, Multilaterals and local NGOs. Juliet is a Financial Advisor with one of the leading financial services institutions in Canada.
Speaker 2: Mary Nysaimi, Founder of Inclusive Climate Change Adaptation for a Sustainable Africa.

Mary Nyasimi is the Founder of Inclusive Climate Change Adaptation for a Sustainable Africa, a non-profit organization located in Nairobi, Kenya. ICCASA is a development organization committed to building resilience amongst communities in Africa through a gender-transformative approach. ICCASA is committed to reducing gender inequalities through breakdown of deep-rooted gender stereotypes that impede progress towards greater parity in climate change.
Mary has 15 years of experience in gender mainstreaming in climate change adaptation and mitigation, natural resource and sustainable agriculture, and climate smart agriculture. She is able to effectively develop appropriate activities and approaches in gender analysis, methods and tools for mainstreaming gender in climate change projects and programs.
Mary is passionate about inclusive and equitable socio-economic development. She holds a wide range of experiences in conducting gender responsive research and development and developing policy documents on agriculture, food security and nutrition; gender equality; climate change; social inclusion; and inclusive growth and entrepreneurship.
Speaker 3: Rajni Vohra, Founder and Director of WahWoman.

Rajni Vohra is an entrepreneur, humanitarian, a seasoned trainer, mentor, speaker, writer, and marketing professional, with 20+ years of rich experience of working with cross cultural teams in diverse domains. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Advertising Language and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. Rajni is the Founder of WahWoman, a Global Women Empowerment Platform to amplify voices of women across the world. WahWoman celebrates womanhood and salutes the indomitable spirit of all those courageous and laborious women who are not only active at the home front but at the work front too as women entrepreneurs.
Rajni is also the Country Chair (India) for Ecocivilization, a global revolutionary movement with a vision of a future state of harmony between people and nature that involves a synthesis of economic, educational, political, agricultural, and other societal reforms towards sustainability.
Rajni is a strong proponent of cultural diversity, circular economy, eco civilization, education, equal opportunities for all, and rights for persons with disabilities.
